- Please choose carefully we do not refund for change of mind
- This includes accidentally ordering products, perceived performance issues, or products mistakenly ordered in the wrong colour/scent. Please be mindful when placing your order that the product you have chosen is right for you and your skin. If you are unsure if a product is suitable for you and wish to speak to one of our experienced therapist we will be more than happy to assist you on your skincare journey. - Returns will only be considered if you contact us within 5 days of the goods being received.
• If Returns are accepted a handling charge of 20% of the purchase price applies.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
• The returned package must be received within 7 days of it being authorized.
• We require that your return item(s) is in saleable condition with the original packaging.
• If all returns criteria is met, and you are eligible for a refund (be it partial or full) our team will contact you (via the email provided when making the purchase) to inform you of the agreed refund amount and the date of which this refund will be processed.Any monies owed to you will be processed via the payment method used to purchase the items: - For Purchases Made via Credit card: refunds will issued to the Visa Debit/Mastercard/American Express Card through which the original purchase was made. Please note that refunds may take up to 5-14 days to reflect in your account, depending on the individual processes of your institution.
- For purchases made via afterpay: You may return a purchase in-store or by getting in touch with us via our contact page. Refunds will be processed to Afterpay only, and not to credit card, cash or gift voucher. Once your order has been returned to Nirvana Beauty and receipted by our team, we will send a notification to Afterpay of your return. However, you are welcomed to purchase products without prior consultation. Please be advised that we do not accept liability to adverse reactions of your chosen product to medications, medical conditions or other skin care products as a result of products purchased without prior consultation.
Allergic Reactions
- In the unlikely and rare instance that you experience an allergic reaction to a product please document the reaction with photos and discontinue use immediately.
- Please email us within 7 days at [email protected].
au with your order number in the subject heading, alongside any relevant documentation - once we receive this one of our therapists will contact you to investigate and evaluate the situation.
- Once we receive the posted product, and evaluate the situation, we will contact you with further information on next steps.
- All allergy returns must arrive to us no more than 10% used.
- Any kits must be returned with all items included, failure to do may affect your ability to receive a full refund for your purchase.
Australian Consumer Laws
- Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
